I get many questions asking how to get rid of the “mom pooch”… first of all, kudos to you for bringing new life to this planet! 🌎 It is truly incredible what our bodies are capable of as women and I commend you for exhibiting such strength💪

The good news is the “mom pooch” isn’t always due to fat. A small amount of stretching in the abdominals happens in all pregnancies which is completely normal! Many women experience diastasis recti postpartum and a great way to fix it is through pelvic floor training and exercises like this one that work the TVA (our deep core)! 🩷
