□ am i telling a bigger story based on temporary feelings?
□ have i done anything nice for myself?
□ do i want to reach out to a friend?
□ have i spent time with my pets?
□ do i need to get a little treat?
□ what resources can i use to change course? (pinterest, podcast, prayer, etc)
