workout with me!!🌟💪🏼

i LOVE working out in the mornings. it’s the best way to start my day☀️

this morning i started my workout at 7:30am and was finished by 8:25am!❤️‍🔥

- i started by walking on the treadmill for 30 mins. i did 12.3.30 which is 12 incline + 3 speed for 30 mins!!

- once i finished walking i logged into my peloton account & did a 10 min arm workout and a 10 min ab workout!!

- if you have access to the peloton app i highly recommend the workouts that they offer!! youtube is another great option for at home workouts🩷🌟💪🏼🕺🏽
