Spend the day with me as i recharge

Having at least one day during the week where I recharge by listening to my body fully if that’s running, walking, hanging out with friends, or even just relaxing in bed for most of the day! It really helps me not over work myself & really take care of myself 🩷

I always enjoy having a self care day for myself & it always depends on the type of care i am feeling that day but it’s always worth it!
