Shoulders & triceps!!! arguably my fav lift of the week!
When it comes to shoulder movements, I always stick to the same four movement patterns, and just switch up to different variations when necessary! If you want to build sculpted shoulders, don’t miss out on your presses, lateral raises, front raises or upright rows (& if you want 3D delts, don’t neglect training your rear delts either!)
Triceps are pretty basic for me as well, I don’t always train arms but when I do you best believe I’m doing pushdowns and overhead extensions! ✨
Alternating Front Raise 3x10
Tricep Rope Pushdown 3x12
Cable Lateral Raise 3x8-10
Overhead Cable Tricep Ext 3x12
Standing Shoulder Press 3x10
