When I hear someone say sumo is more glutes 👁️👄👁️ not true!!!
A goblet squat or heel elevated goblet squat is going to bias more quads, as there is more knee flexion but it will still recruit some glutes as well
A dumbbell squat, where you are initiating the movement at the hip is going to be much more glute focus that a sumo stance squat!!!
A sumo stance squat will recruit some glutes but it is MOSTLY inner thigh area!!!
