-Straight Leg Sit Ups

-Ab Jacks

-Weighted Circles

Perform each movement for 40 seconds X 20 seconds rest = 2 times

โžก๏ธ I only recommend performing 1-2 ab circuits like this per week, so skip doing 100 sit-ups every day. If you want to build a strong core you need to learn how to engage it properly throughout workouts / daily activities. And hint hint, to engage properly pretend that someone is going to hit you in the stomach and you are bracing for it with your abdominal muscles (donโ€™t โ€œsuck it inโ€ as some think).
