If I had to give today’s food a rating, I’d give it a 6/10. I try to stay away from refined carbs, and stick to whole wheat and brown rice. Today was just lazy, I just grabbed whatever I could lol, but we hit protein goals of at least 20g of protein per snack 🤷🏽‍♀️
