Ovulation Spotting

About 5% of women experience ovulation bleeding throughout their menstrual cycle.

It usually occurs around the ovulation phase - up to 14 days after you menstrual cycle ends.

Experiencing slight spotting during your ovulation time can be indicator that you are ovulating and a good sight hat your body is doing what it is supposed to do. Something to look out for when you’re trying to conceive.

When you see the spotting you can also assume that you in a day or two an egg will be released for fertilization.

Although it may be a good sign it should not be heavy. Heavy spotting can be health indicator that something is off within your body. Prompting you to contact your doctor. But be mindful that heavy/extreme work outs can cause for the flow to out of wack until your body adjust.

I experienced some spotting over these past couple of days and although I’m excited to see what happens this cycle I’m still nervous due to my LH levels not rising. Still looking for my peak so today I am testing three times. Baby dance has occurred and we will baby dance again so baby dust to us.
