Signs You Are OVULATING

If you are a woman with a regular cycle, there are a few ways you can tell if you may be ovulating! This helps with either trying to or avoiding to get pregnant. Cycle tracking can be super helpful to be in tune with your body in general too!

Your body temperature elevates during ovulation. Oftentimes people will experience a thick mucus discharge. This is very normal and a very typical sign. I notice it! Some may experience physical signs like breast pain, cramping or bloating. Some of these signs are similar to what you may experience during your period (at least they are for me).

More signs include a higher sex drive. The natural biological desire for reproduction is very evident in this! You may experience mood or appetite changes as well as heightened senses which is crazy to me! Lastly, some people experience light spotting.

You don't need to experience all of these to be ovulating but some of these MIGHT indicate you are in your ovulation phase! It is nice to be aware of this.
