The gym is therapy for me

I’ve been feeling much better these days. I usually go back to my feminine introvert posts to remind myself of the things I need to do bring myself back to a good mental space.

Getting back into the gym works wonders with relaxing my anxiety and walking around with my head up. I love it here and the glow is immaculate. 💕✨
