My workouts are probably my favorite part of my day! The gym acts as a form of therapy for me. I have been working out for a few years and have finally found my favorite supplement routine.
I am slowly trying to ease myself off of pre-workout, just to cut back on my caffeine intake and try to have more natural energy. After taking it for so many years, it’s been a challenge. Especially when it tastes like my favorite - the Legion Pulse Pre-Workout! I currently have the pink lemonade flavor, but the blueberry lemonade is my FAVORITE! This is $39.99 and has 20 servings. A serving is two scoops, however I just take one so it’s lasts me 40 servings worth! I buy this from Amazon.
During my workouts I aim to drink an entire Stanley full of water, and recently I’ve started sipping on these Ryse BCAA’s! This is the tropical snow cone flavor and it is delicious! I definitely feel a difference in my hydration, I’m not extra thirsty after my workouts like I normally am! This was $34.99 from Vitamin Shop.
After my workouts I like to drink a protein shake. I am gluten and dairy free, so it has been hard finding one I like. I absolutely love this Truvani one! I found this at Sprouts for $59.99. It is pretty pricey considering there is only 20 servings. I recently saw it on sale at Vitamin Shop! I do believe it’s worth the price point for the quality and flavor.
I used to take tons of supplements daily, but recently I’ve narrowed it down to three! I take a probiotic, which is good for gut + feminine health. I take apple cider vinegar, great for gut health. And last but not least, vitamin c! I don’t think the brand on these matter, as long as you watch for simple and good ingredients!
