My go to 10 min lunch 🥪

I know I’m not the only one guilty of spending too much money on food delivery - busy with work and it’s just convenient but can be super expensive 😢😢

So this is my go to lunch that doesn’t take much time and isn’t super expensive

What you need

* bread of choice (I used baguette)

* Fig jam

* Goat cheese (fresh/young GC is best as it’s more spreadable!!)

* Prosciutto

All you have to do is toast your bread, spread the fig jam and goat cheese then top it off with the prosciutto and you’re done :)
