I’ve struggled with my weight my entire life due to PCOS. When I started taking it more serious, I realized that running miles on the treadmill wasn’t gonna do it!
So I started researching to alter my diet and workouts. The key is reducing sugar intake and weighted, resisted movements! I also throw some HIIT in from time to time when I need my cardio boost!

A few key things to remember:
▪️Form while you’re exercising is everything! Doing it wrong does nothing but put you at risk for an injury.
▪️Keep track of your measurements opposed to your pounds. The scale will drive you crazy.
▪️Look into supplements that assist with PCOS (i.e. Berberine, inositol, etc.). Always consult your PCP first.
▪️Use food logs to track your protein and sugar intake.
▪️Get a PCP (primary care physician) if you don’t have one!
