Iโve struggled with my weight my entire life due to PCOS. When I started taking it more serious, I realized that running miles on the treadmill wasnโt gonna do it!

โช๏ธKeep track of your measurements opposed to your pounds. The scale will drive you crazy.
โช๏ธLook into supplements that assist with PCOS (i.e. Berberine, inositol, etc.). Always consult your PCP first.
โช๏ธUse food logs to track your protein and sugar intake.
โช๏ธGet a PCP (primary care physician) if you donโt have one!
