Use my Salsa Verde Chicken inside or any shredded chicken - seasoning them with our TACO & FAJITA blend and/or TEX MEX work perfectly. Choose TEX MEX for a nightshade-free experience.

Add what you like inside each one - I used shredded goat cheddar but you can do beans or more veggies if you want. These are @sietefoods coconut cassava tortillas, quickly charred first! The sauce is the cooking liquid from the chicken just simmered down but you can also use my enchilada sauce recipe.
