Easy Homemade Enchiladas Bell Peppers

Ingredients:

~ ground beef

~ 1 can of enchilada sauce ( red sauce )

~ 1 and 1/2 bag of mixed yellow and white cheese shredded

~ 2 green, yellow, red, and orange bell peppers

~ 1 pack of taco seasoning

~ 1/2 of onion ( diced )
