Easy Chicken Enchiladas Recipe

This is an easy, toddler approved meal that’ll keep you from burning up over a hot stove this summer.👌🏻😋

YOU NEED:

2 large chicken breast

1 packet of taco seasoning

1- 1 1/3 C salsa, I just eye ball it.

Tortillas

1 can of enchilada sauce

Shredded cheese to top

RECIPE:

1. Place chicken breast in your crockpot, top with taco seasoning, and then salsa. Let cook 2-3 hours on high or 6-8 hours on low.

2. Once fully cooked, shred chicken. Place chicken filling in your tortillas, roll and place in a 9x13 baking dish.

3. Top with enchilada sauce, and bake at 375 for 10 minutes.

4. Remove from the oven, top with cheese and place it back in the oven for 10 minutes.
