Finding balanced meal ideas can definitely be hard especially when you have a super busy schedule and lack of time to cook. Here is what I made for the day to be balanced, and eat lots of colors!

Breakfast- protein bagel with egg, avocado, and cheese! The protein bagels are from the better brand and are delicious. Pack with protein and keep me full for long.

Lunch- a steak salad with different veggies! I love using lunch salads to eat more colors and get in different nutrients.

Dinner- I always go for a bowl for dinner just because it easy and filling. I love beef bowls with rice and adding in extra veggies for more color and fiber.
