let’s talk hip dips

I go to the gym consistently and have never found a way to truly fix my hip dips. they are one of my biggest insecurities!!

1. I have major body dysmorphia due to my hip dips, I feel like they make me look so boxy and “unfit”?

2. I can only see my glute gains from the side. From the front and the back i feel I look awkward??

3. like I said above these bad boys are probably one of my biggest insecurities… please help!
