My Favorite Workout App 💪🏽

At the beginning of the new year, I really wanted to get more serious in building muscle and losing fat. I want to look and feel good for my bachelorette and my wedding coming up. I knew that I had to take part in a workout plan to see changes. The nutrition part is a whole other story. But I knew I could start here.
