i kid you not, it taught me everything about fastinf and is the cutest tracker i have ever used, and trust me, i have tried dozens. there are graphs that track your progress and a live tracker that tells you when you are in your fat burning zone (the BEST time to workout ladies)! there is even an ai coach for the beginners or anyone who has questions / concerns. definitely try it out😊
