I drink this whenever I feel I need to cleanse my system, feel bloated, or just need to get things ~moving~

The chia seeds pack a lot of dietary fiber, omega-3 fatty acids, protein, vitamins & minerals. Lemon can be known to promote digestion by boosting gastric acid secretion.

How to make it:

- 2tbsp chia

- filtered water

- juice of 1 lemon
