The Viral Internal Shower Drink But BETTER

The Internal Shower drink went viral on the internet a bit ago and I came up with a version to tweak it a little and make it a whole lot better!

The original version is chia seeds, water, and lemon. You let the chia seeds soak and add lemon to flavor the water. Lemon water is great for you; however, there are a lot of unsupported health claims. In my opinion, since the texture of this drinnk is not exactly desirable, the drink needs more flavor than just lemon to make it more enjoyable.

I decided to replace the lemon with Liquid IV! Not only does it have way more flavor and go down better, but you are getting extra hydration. Staying hydrated can help your energy, organs, skin, and even potentially aid in weight loss (and much more).

Chia seeds are great to consume! They improve heart health, promote intestinal health and reduce cholesterol levels. I don’t drink this every day, but whenever I am feeling like my stomach could use a boost, I’ll make my altered version of the Internal Shower drink.
