My water broke at 33 weeks and 3 days!

My water broke yesterday night while I was sleeping! I thought I had peed myself 😭 but water kept trickling out so I had my fiancé get our son ready to get checked out at the hospital. Surely enough I was checked in at 12am at the hospital to monitor baby and me. So far I was given antibiotics to prevent infections from happening and two steroid shots to help baby’s lungs be coated in case of premature delivery.

I’m stuck in bed rest until I go into labor 🙃! Any advice or tips for having a preemie baby is highly appreciated! Also anything to ease my mind with the anxiety I’ve been having 😩! I’ve been wondering why or how my water could’ve broken this soon, we had nothing prepared not even a hospital bag or any of baby’s stuff prepped!
