Is Melbourne’s most viral croissant worth it? 🥐

Lune Croissanterie is probably the most well known bakery in Melbourne and there are always snaking queues (both tourists and locals!)

In my efforts to beat the crowd, I arrived 10 minutes before opening (they open at 8am) BUT there was already a line 😖 *Note: it was a public holiday so that’s probably why! On other days there are limited seats for dine in

It was such a cold day too so luckily the queue was relatively short so it was just a 30 min wait. I’ve heard that queues can be up to 1.5-2hrs!

I ordered 4 croissants (traditional, chocolate, ham + cheese, almond) and yes it was pretty pricey 💸, but tbh most stuff in Melbourne is really expensive anyway so might as well splurge on a good thing!

WAS IT WORTH IT?

This is probably one of the flakiest croissants I’ve had and the fillings were really generous. Each croissant takes about 3 days to prepare so it’s definitely worth the price.

That being said, it’s a first time MUST TRY but I wouldn’t be having it every day
