Some top tips I have to start out running!

Tip 1:

Start slow! It is so important especially if you are trying to build mileage. Take walking breaks if you need and each time work on slowly decreasing that walking time. Consistency is key and after each run you’ll get better!

Tip 2:

Put on a good playlist. This will make your run much more enjoyable. I personally like big booty mixes because the song constantly switches so it keeps my mind busy.

Tip 3:

Run with friends! Running with friends is 10x more fun and will make any run go so much faster. It’s also fun to plan outfits together and motivate each other.

Tip 4:

Get fitted for shoes! This is the one thing I always recommend for runners is to get a shoe that will work best for you. Also sizing up can help prevent blisters because your feet swell when running.

Tip 5:
