Japanese Curry With Potatoes

1. Prepare all the ingredients.

2. Add oil to heat up & add in onions to stir fry until fragrant.

3. Add in chicken breast meat & stir fry until half cooked.

4. Add in carrots & stir fry awhile & add in potatoes to stir fry.

5. Add in water to cover all the ingredients until it boil.

5. Add in Vermont Curry paste & loosen the curry paste by stirring.

6. Keep on stirring the curry paste so that it won't stick together until the sauce is thicken & ready to serve hot.
