hey loves! I wanted to share some home workout videos that work for me!

this is also a great way to start being more consistent with working out as I know not all of us are comfortable going to the gym or want to spend on a gym membership. With that, I do sometimes use these videos, especially the ab exercises when I am at the gym!

love this cos it’s super quick and effective! only 5 mins but you can definitely feel the burn, I usually do this at the gym when I’m feeling lazy to do a longer an video or when I’m at home and want to get in a quick workout in the morning!

working out your thighs is usually overlook, but it makes such a big difference when you have toned legs.

I tend to go for videos that tone my thighs and legs over working out my butt to get my desired body so this will be helpful if you’re looking to do the same.
