Gym workouts (or) Home workouts 🏋️‍♀️🤸🏻‍♂️🧘🏻‍♀️

My body isn't built in a gym. I regularly do workouts via Zoom with my personal trainer four days a week in my cozy room. I play badminton with my friends every Sunday. I also strive to maintain a balanced diet. If you have a busy schedule and can't make it to the gym, you don't need to worry. You can do home workouts in the comfort of your own space.
