This workout is for my girlies who are new to the gym but aren’t comfortable using machines yet. Go grab some dumbbells, pick a comfortable and quiet spot and do this workout for a great back and biceps burn!

1. Start off with bent over rear delt flys, do 3 sets of 10 reps. Makes sure you’re squeezing your back and keeping your head down

2. Next, we’re doing underhand dumbbell rows. Keep your back straight, head down and row towards your bellybutton not your chest. Do 3 sets of 10 reps

3. Third is bent over rows, grab a bench and position yourself how I am in the picture. Keep your back straight and row towards your belly button and not your chest and do 3 sets of 10 reps

4. Lastly is our bicep exercise. Grab some dumbbells and so bicep curls for 3 sets of 10 reps

And that’s it! Make sure to pick a weight that’s not too comfortable but not too heavy.
