I paid £12.50 for Pho in Cardiff - THOUGHTS✨|

Sometimes the best Asian food you can have is in Europe, well, other than the country of origin of the dish. I had one of the best pho ever in Paris, and now…. Cardiff!

We stumbled upon this little cafe that happens to do Pho and Bahn Mi while strolling down the Royal Arcade years ago but never stopped to try because we were always too full. So, this time we made it our mission to have Pho there for lunch especially after seeing great reviews about the place on XHS. And, it did not disappoint!

We ordered the tender brisket pho and waited for about 15 mins for the food. The soup was flavourful with a touch of freshness from the fresh vegetables. The BEEF was so freaking tendeerrr, with fats that just melts in your mouth. The pho (noodles) was perfection with the right amount of slurpiness.

Will come back again for some good Pho when I’m in town 😋
