Picnic at central park (non- pinterest version)

Hey girlies it’s finally picnic season!!! And if you live in nyc then you already know where to go! There’s plenty other cute and smaller parks in nyc, especially Brooklyn but central park is great and easily accessible if you live in Manhattan.

We tried to recreate the Pinterest picnic pictures but they turn out as aesthetic as we wanted haha but that’s okay! It was so much more fun that we thought it would be. We also celebrated my friend’s birthday which was during exam season. Definitely made me appreciate living in the moment more so than ever because I’m the kind of person who always tries to bring a balance between living in the moment and also capturing the moment for later.

Anyways, here is a small list of some things you might need (kind of a checklist):

• An old mat or scarf which you no longer use to sit on

• cake

• wine

• cups or glasses

• speaker to play music bec the park is huge and nobody will mind haha

• some flowers to make it aesthetic (if you want have Pinterest vibes)

• cards, any - tarot, playing, uno, or board games

• snacks, chips, cheese

• point is, you can do whatever you want and bring as many people as you want since there will be enough place for everyone!
