MAKE THESE DUMPLINGS!

I’ve never really made good dumplings but this time around it’s different. These are soooooo yummy and honestly it doesn’t cost much to make them. First pork I got a big chunk for $12 and I still have leftovers after this plate of dumplings. I bought the skins from the local Asian supermarket but I’m gonna attempt at making my own next time!

Dehydrated mushroom(be sure to hydrate them first)

Ginger

Wild pepper

Hot oil

Dumpling skins

Sauce A:

Salt

Chicken bouillion

Dark soy sauce

Extra dark soy sauce

Oyster sauce

Egg

black pepper

Five spice
