Making dumplings is my favorite hobby :)

Ingredients:

- Dumpling wrappers

- Ground pork and shrimp

- Scallions

- Carrot

- Ginger

- Spices

- Soy sauce

- Sesame oil

I love to pan fry them first with a little bit of oil and steam them after to fully cook everything. I served it along my dipping sauce (recipe down below👇🏼).

Easy Peasy Dipping Sauce:

- Half low sodium soy sauce

- Half sweet chili sauce

- Squeeze of sriracha
