Squats burn calories and might help you lose weight. They also lower your chances of injuring your knees and ankles. As you exercise, the movement strengthens your tendons, bones, and ligaments around the leg muscles.
Almost every routine includes a move which is the squat! But are you doing it correctly? In todays sharing I'll be including tips on how to do a right squat!
✨Squat Tips
With your core engaged, stand with your feet hip-width apart. Move your hips back and bend both knees to do a squat, with at least 90 degrees! Both thighs are parallel to the floor.
Go back to the starting position by squeezing your glutes to stand. This is one rep and continue performing it for 40 seconds.
*if you want this move to be intense, slowly lowering it down + with control, and drive through your feet to
stand up quickly.
