1. Squat

3. Outer Thigh Lifts

-With both legs extended, supinely squat down and use your left arm to support your upper body. Position your right leg on top of your left leg. Utilizing your glutes, thighs, and core, raise your upper leg as high as you can without straining. Hold it for a brief moment, then let go of your leg and resume your position of staring.
