Let's eat lunch 🍱🍚 revamping your leftovers 🫶

One of my favorite parts about having sushi for dinner is the left over Kani salad!! 🤩 I just know I can turn it into a bomb ass sushi bowl for lunch the next day, and that's what I did today! I started with a layer of rice added chopped cucumbers and avocados! Then I added the rest of the kani salad , and drizzled to whole thing with some kewpie mayo!! I ate it with some seaweed and WOW ITS SO GOOD! It definitely hits the spot every single time 🫶🍱🍚
