This was seriously so easy to make. Prep and cook time combined was 20 minutes MAX! I will be obsessively eating this for lunch at work and leftovers for dinner! Feel free to add whatever you think might make it better! 😁
🛒Ingredients:
1lbs ground turkey
1/2 cup diced white onion
1 bag tri color cabbage coleslaw mix
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp ginger paste
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp sesame oil
1/4 cup chopped scallions
🥘Directions:
Brown ground turkey in a pan
Dice up 1/2 white onion and add onions to pan with turkey
add in sesame oil and rice vinegar, mix in with meat and onions
Add cabbage mixture into pan with soy sauce, ginger and garlic and toss until mixed thoroughly
Let mixture steam until cabbage is cooked
Serve over a bowl of rice or eat alone!
