Here are my favorite gut-friendly snacks I like to get from Sprouts🌱
I intuitively eat + only eat an animal based diet. No processed food, sugar (unless natural sugar or booch), gluten, grains (the way grains are processed/made in the U.S is a no-go for me~ so sourdough is the way to go for grains) !!!
Soooo these are some of my favorite gut-friendly snacks for when I am wanting a little treat or snack (!!!)
Gut-friendly snacks mentioned:
❊kombucha ~ probiotic drink + sugar in kombucha is beneficial for our bodies
❊parmigiano reggiano ~ grass fed cheese that is also high in protein
❊honey mamas (my all time fav) ~ these are coconut based & sooooo yummy and light on the tummy, great ingredients for being packaged.
❊ice cream for bears ~ 4 ingredient ice cream. follow there account on instagram & see why there amazing
❊raw nuts ~ good source of fat to snack on
❊chomps meat sticks ~ not preferred since it’s processed/packaged but of the cleanest protein sourced snack for on the go
❊cocoyo yogurt ~ raw coconut & barely any ingredients = 10/10 recommend
You can find these snacks at other grocery stores as well!
TIP: if it has more than 5 ingredients, seed oils or you can’t pronounce half of the ingredients…don’t ingest it!!!
