& why i prioritize it (!!!)
Walking has been a GAME CHANGER for my health.
This last year i have had to focus on my health ~ pcos, hormone imbalance, just got off birth control after 13 years.
I am 26 years old now & i have wanted to holistically reverse all of my symptoms of ^^ said hormone issues.
