4-5 mini cucumbers chopped thinly

1/2 tsp salt

3/4 tbsp light soy sauce or coconut aminos

3/4 tbsp rice vinegar

1/2 tbsp sesame oil

1 tbsp chili oil

1 tbsp sugar

1/2 tbsp sesame seeds

-you can combine all sauce ingredients first and then mix really well with the cucumbers ☺️
