911 is down?!?

I was trapped in the elevator. The state’s 911 system is down. They’re just saying to call your local police department’s number if you have an emergency and can’t get through on 911. How odd that it just happens to be National Public Safety Telecommunications Week.

And guys, if you can’t access to 911, which department do you normally call?
