8lbs down in one month with Phentermine 💪

Ignore my face I took these screenshot from a video 😂 My doctor prescribed me Phentermine. I had a bad relationship with food and my doctor decided that this would be best for me. This is an appetite suppressant. I stopped eating dairy and I haven’t drank for 5 weeks now. I feel great !! I wake up with a lot more energy and have more motivation to get things done ❤️ just started month 2 so let’s see how much weight we will lose this month!!

SIDE NOTE : I do have ADHD that is another reason why my doctor prescribed me this medication

👍Pros: Gives me a lot of energy ! I do not crave many sweet things like I used to. I do not snack at night anymore or even want to snack as much.

🤔Cons: I do have trouble falling asleep sometimes . I have so much energy that I can’t fall into a deep sleep. Since I do not get hungry I have to set an alarm to remind myself to eat.
