Stop Using Docs to Plan Your Travel Itinerary!

I tried Wanderlog for the first time and I have to say I’m not going back to docs for travel planning anymore!

These are some quick features that I really like:

1. Trip Planning 🛣️

The feature of having a map view of your itinerary really saves a lot of time in planning. The itinerary can be easily adjusted and effectively utilised with the map view of the different places. Even without the paid feature of smart trip recommendation, planning of places according to their locations can be done easily.

2. Integration of details 📒

Flight and hotel booking can be easily integrated into the planning by sharing the booking emails. All the necessary details are then transferred into the planning. Really save the hassle of how I did it in docs (ss, copy and paste). However, the downside is that I can’t seem to transfer my Klook activities details over so I had to manually key the necessary details.

3. Automated Travel Budgeting 💸

Expenses can be logged, categorised and even spilt for group travel. The app then automatically calculates how much each person owes. There is no need for separate spreadsheet for budgeting!

4. Real-time Collaboration 👫

This is the most important feature as a trip needs to be collaborative. However, this is no different to docs and is just mentioned for awareness.

These are some key features that I really like about the app! It’s a life changer and I’m not planning my future trip on docs no more.
