🤔 most effective back exercises?
1. lats pulldown! you’ve probably heard me mention this exercise is ALL my post because i find this particular exercise SOOO effective! esp in targeting the lats

2. pullups! it’s okay if you can’t do a pullup without assistance! start with assisted ones and practise everyday! eventually you will get your very first pullup ❤️ tips on how to get your first pullup here
🤔 how many times do you train back?
i train my back about 1-2 times a week! for my full back routine, refer here
other tips: one thing about back exercises is that i enjoy doing it so much! it doesn’t feel like a chore and in fact i look forward to hit back every gym session 🥺also, i aim to progressive overload every session :-) this has been helpful in getting my pullups ⭐️
