i personally find his content super insightful and i learnt A LOT from him especially some myths about food. food that i once thought were “healthy” turn out not to be as healthy as i thought!
💭 final thoughts: i was extremely lost at the beginning of my fitness journey and these 3 individuals played a huge role in amplifying my fitness knowledge! kudos to them <3
