Weighing at 65.55kg this morning & with all the meals, snacks, ended my D4 with the scale at 66.3kg. No exercise last evening so result definitely slower.
Heavier meals today. I even had one bowl of dragonfruit + one bowl of orange.
Skipping exercise today again to see if the scale still drops tomorrow.
How do y’all survive with just technically a liquid diet / or a small meal for the entire day?! I’m not following the plan given 🤐
