Getting yourself together after a panic attack can take a lot of work. So often I find myself
just wanting to rush back to “normal”.
Running on empty and doing too much is what got me to that state of panic in the first place. I’m
learning to ease back into my routine by slowing down and listening to what my body needs.
The best way to get out of it smoother is to spend doing what makes your body feel safe and good.
