Hi, as someone who is very close to someone who has luckily had me around all the time when they have panic attacks, I know a thing or two.

Helping out with what yo I can is SOMETHING, donāt just stand there.

I keep in mind that THEY canāt control it, and neither can I / YOU. Donāt blame yourself, if you couldnāt clam them down ENOUGH, itās ok, these anxiety attacks HAPPEN.

When youāre out in public it could be more challenging than being at home or in the car, but no matter where youāre at keep in mind that theyāre mind is somewhere else where all they can think of isā¦ āI donāt want this to get worseā.

As someone who has never had an anxiety attack I cannot RELATE at ALL. I live with someone who does have them pretty regularly and all I say is try my best to help and they are grateful that I am able to be PRESENT with them. Rather than, them being alone in their MIND.

The mind is a very strong muscle that can really make us think A LOT. Some bad some good must when you have anxiety the bad can be so much stronger than the good we think.

Thatās when the attacks HIT and you canāt control it unless you feel safe / unless your mind tells you youāre safe. Pretty crazy right.
